I’m a new mom of one year old Enzo, who is the most adorable and most energetic babe I’ve ever met.

I’m working a 9-5 in public relations and figuring out how to pivot between my momming career and my professional life.

I started the ebb + flow mama tribe to answer that question and help new moms go from disconnection and overwhelm to seen and supported by community.

What if my kids are older?

Listen, mama - this is a lifelong gig, and we need support all along the journey. While this is program is geared toward moms of babies and young children, we know that moms of all kinds will benefit.

What if I miss a session?

We will find a time for group sessions that is doable for the majority of moms, and if you can’t swing it, we’ll work with you to find another opportunity to connect.

Can I do a payment plan?

Yes, absolutely. Just ask for options and we’ll make it happen.

What if I don’t yet have kids, as I’m pregnant or trying to conceive?

Please join us. Being a mom is a mindset, and we need support during all stages of mamahood.
